Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Legal Practice Innovation Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role by facilitating and operationalizing tasks to support innovation within our legal practices by leveraging cutting-edge technology solutions. This position requires a proactive individual with a passion for technology and a deep interest in the legal industry.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director of Legal Practice Innovation to coordinate the implementation and adoption of innovative solutions. Manage administrative tasks related to legal practice innovation, ensuring timely and successful execution. Provide support to legal teams training on new technologies and processes. Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the firm at the forefront of legal innovation. Assist in documenting policies and procedures related to the adoption and use of new technologies. Facilitate trainings, events, workshops and other tasks that promote a culture of innovation.QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative role supporting legal or technology-focused teams. Strong understanding of productivity applications and emerging technologies. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for technology.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a law firm or legal department. Advanced degree in Law or Technology.
