We also source capital by developing the strategy and executing corporate and product-related financing transactions; and mitigate interest rate and foreign exchange risk by developing and implementing risk-management strategies. Candidates should have a financial marketsinvestments background with demonstrated experience setting up and managing cross-functional projects in a corporate treasury context. You will collaborate with teams across Treasury Finance, Accounting, Legal, Product, Regulatory, Engineering, Data Science and beyond to manage and execute complex collaborative projects. ResponsibilitiesBuildenhance all aspects of our global corporate cash investment program including strategies, policies and systemsoperations, performance and risk metricsMonitor and synthesize trends in global financial markets and macroeconomic developmentsManage relationships with financial partners such as asset managers, custodians and service providersWork with cross-functional partners, as well as external stakeholders, to unlock and manage global interest income opportunitiesBuild observability tools and deliver data insights relating to investments and yield optimizationIdentify capital markets system needs, and work with the respective teams to build the required infrastructureSupport the Capital Markets team in executing complex projects by assuming project management and cross-functional coordination responsibilitiesContribute to the strategy and execution of the Capital Markets team long term roadmapWho you areWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum requirements5+ years of capital markets andor general treasury experience with specific focus on investments, liquidity management and general project management Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail, take projects from ideation to completion and manage large cross-functional teamsA proven ability to work across functions and build strong collaborative working relationships with partnersExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to leverage data insights into a dynamic narrativePreferred qualificationsPassion and curiosity for technologicalfinancial innovation in the area of payments, fintech, blockchaincrypto technologies, etc. A builder's mindset with a willingness to question assumptions and conventional wisdomAn ability to think creatively and thrive in a dynamic, but often ambiguous environmentHigh intellect and energy (exothermic), entrepreneurial, self-motivated, resourceful and a strong work ethic Experience with SQL and visualization tools is a plus
