They are looking for an experienced Estimator or Peconstruction Manager to manage and develop the current team of estimators!Job DescriptionLead preconstruction efforts on multiple projects, from conceptual estimates to detailed bid proposals.Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and financial constraints.Have a strong understanding of MEP estimatingDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating timelines with the broader project team.Conduct value engineering reviews to optimize project costs without compromising quality or design intent.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and construction issues.Analyze and mitigate potential risks during the preconstruction phase.Lead bid solicitation and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on preconstruction progress and project feasibility.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
