This individual will be an essential part of the company to ensure quality and safety across all Sunco products. What you'll doJob Responsibilities: Execute functional and visual product test plans on incoming POsDocument instructions to reproduce issues caused by manufacturing defects. Record and organize inspection yield data to assist in production yield improvements. Function and visual inspection of customer-returned merchandise and across all stages of production. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency and efficiently RequirementsQualifications: Solid understanding of test equipment Minimum of 2-5 years of inspection andor production experience Expirience leading a team is mandatory Exposure to quality systemsBackground in lighting or electronics is a mustWillingness to travel (GA + China) - TBD how often RMA - retesting goods.
