INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE FOREMAN INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN 55077 Snelling Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Foreman to join our client's lubricants team in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota (55077). In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of plant equipment, troubleshoot and repair issues, and ensure seamless daily operations. Opportunities for professional development and growth. INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE FOREMAN DUTIES: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems with plant equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, including forklifts and other plant equipment. Plan daily tasks, delegate assignments to Maintenance Technicians, and ensure task completion. Request quotations and manage capital projects effectively. Coordinate with and oversee contractors for facility projects. Serve as a member of the plant spill team and complete Hazwoper training. INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE FOREMAN REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance. Preferred Skills and Experience: Boiler license. Vocationaltechnical training in production maintenance or mechanics. Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks related to facility maintenance. Experience managing capital projects and working with equipment suppliers. 5+ years of experience in repair and preventive maintenance of machinery, packaging, and material handling equipment. Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical controls, including PLCs and robots. Working knowledge of plumbing, steam fitting, and welding is a plus. Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work alternate shifts and Saturdays as needed. Availability for emergency on-call hours after hours and weekends.
