Clinical Lab Technologist - Blood Bank

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lab Technologist to join a high-volume blood bank lab. This full-time role offers an evening shift, competitive pay, and a sign-on bonus for the selected candidate.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and emergency tests on blood, serum, and other body fluids using both automated and manual equipmentReview and release test results, and report abnormal valuesMaintain quality control data and resolve any QC issuesKeep accurate records of all work performed and equipment maintenanceAssist with order entry, specimen monitoring, and providing leadership for lab techniciansContribute to the training of new staff membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldActive Clinical Lab Technologist license or limited permit (must obtain a provisional permit within three months)Experience with lab and hospital information systems, as well as a variety of lab equipmentBenefitsSalary DOE: Hourly rate starts at $48.74Sign on bonus offered!
