The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers. Applicants must be licensed to practice and have experience working with adult andor child and adolescent populations. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat mental health disordersFacilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or familiesRefer clients to specialists if necessaryCreate a treatment plan based on each client's needsMonitor client progress during treatmentExamine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicideHelp clients define goals, plan action and gain insightTake a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health careDiagnose and treat patients from different backgroundsdiverse backgrounds in a respectful mannerDocument and navigate EHR independently and in a timely manner.Work collaboratively with clinical leadership, billing, and compliance to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation.Qualifications : Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar)Prior experience in psychotherapyWorking Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional travel to client locations.May involve evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules.Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergency scenarios.Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for 3-4 hours at a time between patient care and documentation.Fine finger coordination required for typing, pressing objects such as utilizing laptopmouse for documentation purposesAbility to speak clearly with patients and team members so others can understand.Ability to hear and understand others when speaking Ability to view computer screen monitor, small objects few feet awayAbility to act and move quickly in emergency situations involving patient careAt Geode Health, we offer:Competitive compensationFlexible scheduleIn-person and virtual patient visitsComprehensive admin support (front office, accounting, finance, payroll, HR, etc)Professional development opportunitiesClinical community, support, and leadershipMedical, dental and vision benefitsLife insuranceShort and long-term disabilityPaid vacation and holidaysMatching 401k planState of the art technologyWhy work for Geode Health?At Geode Health, we take our commitment to patients and providers seriously.
