By offering customized, just-in-time inventory, Paragon provides brand-new, tailored equipment to meet customers' specific needs.What to Expect:Commercial and Residential HVAC SystemsForced AirSplit SystemsControls and Rooftop UnitsChillers and Hydronic (Boiler) SystemsCondensing and Cast Iron BoilersTankless Water HeatersRefrigeration and Snow Melt SystemsGeneratorsOther specialized, high-end devices and systemsKey Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.Deliver exceptional technical support and maintain the company's reputation for municate effectively with clients to ensure understanding of system usage and maintenance.Provide on-call and emergency support when needed.Collaborate with the team to contribute to Paragon's success and growth.Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years experience in Residential HVAC, with some Commercial HVAC experience preferred.LicenseCertification: Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
