Your daily tasks will include providing support to the Case Management Team and playing an important role in our delivering quality service on all cases. This position will require interacting with internal staff to ensure class member email inquiries are responded to in a timely and comprehensive manner, as well as providing support to the team on other time-sensitive tasks related to case administration.Expect to participate in regular team meetings, where your input will be valued, and you'll have the chance to share ideas. You should be detail-oriented, organized, articulate, customer service orientated, take direction well, and have a strong work ethic. A BABS in a related field is preferred along with 1 - 2 years in a related field or skill set. Technical skills should include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Access.
