**RELOCATION BONUS UP TO $10K!!**Employment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: Based on experienceBenefits: Competitive package including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time offJob Description:We are seeking a CNC ProgrammerOperator to develop and execute CNC programs for the machining of aerospace fasteners while also operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. This role requires a combination of programming expertise and hands-on machining skills to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.Key Responsibilities:Programming:Create and modify CNC programs (G-code) for various CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills) using CAM terpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters to optimize machining performance.Conduct program prove-out and troubleshooting on CNC machines.Maintain accurate programming documentation and revisions.Operating:Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills) to machine aerospace fasteners.Load and unload parts, verify proper fixturing, and ensure correct tooling is used.Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain part quality and production rates.Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and inspection plans.Conduct basic machine maintenance (e.g., cleaning, lubrication).Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in machining or a related field preferred.Proven experience as a CNC programmer and operator, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.Proficiency in using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, GibbsCAM, FeatureCAM).Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machining processes.Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience using precision measuring instruments.Preferred Skills:Experience with multi-axis machining.Knowledge of material properties and machining characteristics.Familiarity with aerospace industry quality standards (e.g., AS9100).Experience programming and operating Swiss-type lathes.Additional Information:Due to the nature of regulated manufacturing projects, compliance with specific citizenship or work authorization requirements may be necessary.Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment screening, in accordance with company policy.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.Why Join Us?Work in a fast-paced, precision-focused manufacturing environment with opportunities for career development.Be part of a team committed to quality, innovation, and continuous petitive compensation with comprehensive benefits.
