Poste et missionsTheGlobalMarketsPost-TradeITteamisdedicatedtoprovidingcomprehensivesupportforFixedIncome,EquitySecuritiesLending,andCreditTradingapplications.Ourresponsibilitiesencompassbothoperationalsupport(functionalandtechnical)andproject-relatedinitiatives.Theteamengagesinvariousphasesofapplicationdevelopment,includinguserneedsassessment,analysis,design,implementation,delivery,support,andmaintenance,allwithinanAgileframework.WeareseekinganFrontOfficeITBusinessAnalystspecializingintheEquitiesBookingandPost-Tradedomain,particularlyinareassuchasEquityDerivativesandSecuritiesLending.ThesuccessfulcandidatewillcollaboratecloselywiththeFrontOfficemainly,aswellasthesupportfunctions.HeSheTheywillprovidesupporttoendusersandmanageprojectsrangingfromsmallenhancementstolarge-scaleinitiatives,includingbusinessexpansion,P&L,risk,regulatory,andoperationalevolutions,aswellasstrategiceffortsaimedatmodernizinglegacyapplications.Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis Project Management: Collaborate closely with user representatives (traders, risk, operations personnel, etc.) to gather and document business requirements. Conduct and document impact and gap analyses. Evaluate IT solutions to determine the best fit for business needs. Develop detailed functional specifications for IT development teams. Define and execute test scripts. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Engage in project scoping and planning, progress reporting, and the identification and management of issues and risks, ensuring effective communication throughout. Functional Support Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support for Booking, Risks and Back Office applications, including booking, risk and P&L, straight-through processing, settlement, clearing, reporting, and accounting. The salary range for this position will be between $145,000 - $180,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.Profil et comptences requises•Bachelor's degree•Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis within the finance industry.•Functional understanding of Equity Derivatives and Securities Lending activities and products from tradingpnl and risk prespective.•In-depth knowledge and experience with Equity trading systems systems (Sophis or equivalent like Murex, Calypso), including PnL and risk management.•Familiarity with trading systems such as Smart Loan, Loanet, and Broker Dealer systems (e.g., Phase 3Shadow Suite).•Proficiency in SQL.•Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, coupled with the ability to propose effective solutions to complex problems.•Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.•Familiarity with Agile practices and methodologies.
