Join us!Wealthfront Career-Launching Company Figure Series D AnnouncementAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Assistant to join our Legal Department in New York! Reporting directly to our Chief Legal Officer, you will play an essential role on the Legal team and support all aspects of our fast-growing business.Location and ScheduleBased in our New York office, hybrid schedule requiring 4 days per week in the officeWhat You'll DoAssist CLO with preparation and revision of presentations, including board materials and other executive-level communications, ensuring high-quality formatting and timely incorporation of changesCoordinate with outside counsel on document requests and manage the intake and organization of external documentationSupport the legal team with research projects and document preparation as neededManage and maintain comprehensive legal databases for contracts, deal documents, signature authority, and corporate records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of all documentationDevelop and implement efficient systems for organizing, tracking, and retrieving legal documents across multiple databases and platformsProcess and coordinate signature pages for various legal documents and recordsSupport legal entity filing requirements, including liaising with our registered agent to maintain entity management systems and assist with state and regulatory filingsHandle office management duties when needed, including managing supplies, coordinating with facilities, and supporting general office operationsWhat We Look ForBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate legal settingExceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and managementStrong technical proficiency with legal database management systems and document management platforms - experience with iManage and Google Drive is a big plusAdvanced expertise in technology tools, including the ability to quickly master new software platforms and systemsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsSalaryCompensation Range: $57,200- $71,500yrQuarterly 25% bonus targetEquity stock options packageThis is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needsBenefitsComprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plansCompany HSA, FSA, Dependent Care, 401k, and commuter benefitsEmployer-funded life and disability insurance coverage11 Observed Holidays & PTO planUp to 12 weeks paid family leaveContinuing education reimbursementDepending on your residential location certain laws might regulate the way Figure manages applicant data.
