Job Type Full-timeDescriptionHILLS Properties is seeking a Leasing Manager to join the team at our newest luxury apartment community, Altair, in Florence, Kentucky!This is a full-time, hourly position. Weekends required - rotating Saturdays and Sundays.The Leasing Manager position combines the typical responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant and mixes in the exciting experience of supporting a new community along with additional personnel and business operation duties. This is an excellent opportunity for which an experienced leasing professional looking for growth!Your Duties Will Include: Being a champion of HILLS high standards of customer service and professionalism to ensure residents are satisfied and proud to call HILLS homeWarmly greeting and assisting all prospective residents who enter the community to lease an apartment homeAssisting Property Manager with community outreach and building relationships with business in the areaEnsuring appearance of the property, model apartment and target apartments are acceptable and create a positive first impressionCreating and ensuring completion of all lease documentsResponsibility for processing paperwork for application approval as well as renewal paperworkPerform initial coding of accounts payable invoices within accounts payable software.Assisting Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effectContributing to HILLS mission and values by demonstrating a professional and positive attitude with teammates, residents, vendors, and future residents.
