Our Carroll Lutheran Village (CLV) ServersUtility Workers work as an integral part of our Dining Services team, that delivers a warm, welcoming, and friendly approach to quality care and hospitality support for our older adult residents.All the great incentives you get as a CLV Team Member!A strong total compensation package including:Competitive WagesCareer Growth OpportunitiesReferral ProgramUse of our on-Site Fitness Center and Indoor PoolAn even stronger culture of caring, collaboration, and support!Job Duties:Follows proper ware-washing and storage procedures.Assists with food delivery.Maintains workservice area in a neat and sanitary manner.Operates a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind for cooking, serving and spects work stations for compliance with service standards.Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment following proper HACCP.Provides general stocking duties.Serves and replenishes food and beverages.Restocks at the end of meal period to ensure efficient quantities for next shift.Takes and fulfills food orders from residents.Participates in all departmental and community training as assigned.Salary: $15.00-$19.06 per hourHourly wage is determined by candidates' qualifications including relevant years of experience and certificationseducation.QualificationsQualificationsExcellent customer service experience.Previous experience working in a Continued Care Retirement Community (CCRC) a plus.Ability to work in a team centered environment.Must be flexible during the week and be able to work every other weekend as scheduled.E.O.E.
