Our client, a boutique corporate office in Midtown, is looking to hire an Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment and be able to handle multiple tasks daily. The candidate will maintain the office and also provide administrative support as needed. This person should have a sunny disposition, and a nothing is beneath me attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee firm's conference rooms including: calendar, maintenance, setup Greet incoming guests Liaise with building management on all external visitors and vendors Maintain and oversee office cleanliness - coordinate with maintenance team Purchasing of all supplies for office, pantries and mailrooms as well as maintenance of all inventory Sorting and distribution of incoming mail and various courier packages Stocking and maintenance of copy rooms Oversee all facility planningspace allocation andor construction Help plan and execute internal and external events REQUIREMENTS Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills True team player Excellent organizational skills Positive attitude and warm disposition when greeting guests Familiarity with various office equipment and MS Office Software College degree strongly preferred SALARY $60-75K (DOE) + discretionary bonus HOURS 8:30am-5:30pm 5x a week onsite #IND1
