You thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to solve critical banking challenges and accelerate innovation.What You Will DoServe as a trusted strategic advisor to clients across retail, commercial, and corporate banking, helping them navigate industry disruption, regulatory change, and evolving customer expectations.Lead revenue growth efforts, driving $15M+ in attributed sales revenue across multiple engagements.Conduct in-depth market analysis on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to shape client strategies and drive decision-making.Develop and implement innovative solutions across key areas, including core banking modernization, payments innovation, risk and fraud management, regulatory compliance, embedded finance, and digital transformation.Collaborate with local market leaders, sales teams, and delivery organizations to create compelling, value-driven client solutions.Work closely with key alliance partners (e.g.; AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, Databricks) to drive joint sales motions (sell-with strategies), co-create solutions, and effectively position Slalom's unique differentiators in the consulting landscape.Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and collaboration across the banking industry community within Slalom.Establish and drive thought leadership, positioning Slalom as a leading voice in banking innovation through external publications, conference speaking engagements, and industry forums.What You Bring15+ years of banking industry expertise, with a strong background in consulting, advisory, or technology implementation.Proven track record of building and managing $15M+ sales pipelines and driving high-value client engagements.Deep financial product expertise across deposits, lending, payments, treasury management, and banking M&A integration strategy and execution.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing the banking industry, including Basel III, Dodd-Frank, CECL, AMLKYC, PSD2, and evolving digital banking regulations.An exceptional hands-on highly engaged executive with relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to influence C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading consulting engagements, mentoring teams, and driving tangible client impact.Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, CPA, or industry-relevant designations are a plus.About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $159,000-$255,000. In addition, this position is eligible for variable pay through an annual bonus compensation plan. These plans are based on achievement against sales targets andor business objectives. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
