A Victoria's Secret & Co Flagship Visual Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow top line sales. This role reports to the Store Manager.Primary Responsibility:The Flagship Visual Manager is responsible for delivering the brand stories and experience though theexecution of the visual merchandising cycle. Additionally, The Flagship Visual Manager is responsible forcoaching and developing associates on visual merchandising skills as well prioritizing the customer shopping experience.Direct Reports as assigned:Customer Experience Lead andor Selling AssociatesAll Store Leadership Team responsibilities include:•Leading and demonstrating company values within the store•Owning the store's overall appearance and presentation of brand through floor set mapping, product launch execution and setting and maintaining visual merchandising standards throughout the entire store•Leveraging leadership from General Manager to collaborate and influence various stakeholders to gain direction on how to execute the store's brand's visual merchandising, space planning and floor plan optimization to maximize business results•Leveraging visual merchandising tools (e.g., standards, space planning maps, photo review) and executing efficient shipment processing standards to visually set the store and positively impact store's business results and customer experience•Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of required actions of the brand•Partnering and communicating with building management, events team coordinators to ensure smooth execution and representation of the brand at the flagship store location•Managing the physical inventory planning activities and execution for the store•Managing allocated labor hours within the store to drive top line sales and profit•Additional duties as assigned as directed by General ManagerClick here for benefit details related to this position.•Passion for Victoria's Secret brand.•Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.•Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.•3+ years of retail leadership experience, to include visual merchandising responsibilities, preferred.•A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve, develop and incorporate feedback into decision-making•Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.•Experience influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings to get things done. Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.•Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
