Complete documentation as per protocol.- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, addressing environment and safety as outlined in the care plan, including prompt response to call lights and alarms, behavior and fall prevention, and cleanliness. Complete documentation as per protocol.- Address residents' nutritional needs as outlined in the care plan, including meal delivery, tray preparation, and feeding while honoring resident preferences. Complete documentation as per protocol.- Meet residents' rehabilitative needs, including range of motion exercises, ambulation, transfers, and use of assistive devices. Complete documentation as per protocol.- Report residents' rights, refusals, and concerns promptly in accordance with protocol. Report changes in resident physical, emotional, and psychosocial status to Charge Nurse in a timely manner.- Manage tasks involving potential contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues, with the anticipation of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
