Review the accuracy of computations as well as perform uniform application of policies, procedures, and acceptable accounting standards.Prepare income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and other accounting statements and reports.Maintains accounting controls by auditing compliance and recommending policies and procedures where needed.Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account informationPrepare and analyze financial statements for actuals, budgeting, and forecasting as well as complete variance analysis.May design, modify, install, andor maintain general accounting systems to provide records of assets, liabilities, and financial statements.Collaborate with Accounts PayableAccounts Receivable to ensure that cash paymentsreceipts are completed timely.What You BringBachelor's degree (BS) in accounting.Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.Some Cost Accounting experience is preferred.Demonstrated experience within manufacturing industry.Experience in a publicly traded company and SOX testing is a plusHigh proficiency in excel.Ability to effectively communicate and present information to team members and team leaders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervisionDemonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks at once.Demonstrate an understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingWho We AreOur ValuesEnvironmental, Social and GovernanceCurtiss-Wright EST Group specializes in the development, manufacture and marketing of highly engineered products and repair services for shell and tube heat exchangers, condensers, coolers and chillers.Our best-known product, the Pop-A-Plug® Tube Plugging System, is the industry's leading technology for plugging leaking and degraded heat exchanger tubes.
