Newburgh Rd., Westland, MI, 48185Skills Required: Dietary AideJob Summary:The Dietary Aide will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in a senior living community. This includes setting up dining areas, serving food, and cleaning up after meals. The Dietary Aide will also be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared and served in accordance with dietary restrictions and guidelines.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents Set up dining areas and serve food Clean up after meals Ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with dietary restrictions and guidelines Assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staffQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a dietary or food service role preferred Ability to follow instructions and work independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
