Find below for the listed requirements.Qualifications:Candidates must qualify based on one of the following three as assigned by 245D, which includes a combination of work experience and education.HS Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of 50 hours of education andor training related to human services and disabilities with four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older. Note: a qualifying Designated Coordinator under 245 D must provide Supervision.BABS in Human Services or related field with 1 year of full-time work experience (or equivalent) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 years and older.Associate degree in Human Services or related field with 2 years of full-time work experience (or equivalent) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 years and mitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.
