You will be responsible for the management and delivery of SEO scopes for our clients, using both internal resources and our network of specialists, in order to achieve client business objectives and targets.This is a mid-level position suited for a well-rounded SEO, experienced in technical and on-page SEO. The successful candidate will be a fantastic people-person who can distill complex SEO issues into meaningful, business orientated actions for their clients.As SEO Manager, you will take the lead with client communication, regularly work with, and make sense of, large data-sets, promote a positive internal team structure and ultimately, be someone who wants to build a career as an SEO consultant.RESPONSIBILITIESThe SEO Manager supports ongoing delivery and growth for clients. This will include, but is not limited to:Account Management & DeliverySet and implement client SEO strategy in tangent with the SEO Senior Managers & SEO Directors in order to drive real positive SEO outcomes for Croud clientsDrive the implementation and development of client Account Development Plans (ADPs) and client strategy within your client portfolio in order to sustain and grow client performanceInnovate new ideas, techniques, and new products suitable for the continuation and development of client strategyDrive client performance management activities across the team to include: optimization activities, innovation towards client performance, daily checks and best practice processesEnsure excellence and high-quality client implementation coming from the Croudie Network including but not limited to: editorial, optimization, and engine mirrors. Ensure briefs to the network are comprehensive and accurate, QA work is completed to a high degreeCompleting data analysis to spot trends, patterns, challenges and successes using the support of the Croudie network. Identifying and troubleshooting anomalies within SEO data and taking corrective actionsDeliver excellence in required communication and client service standards for each client as well as generallyContribute to internal training and development modules and delivery sessions as required.
