Compensation(Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)Responsibilities Must have a keen understanding of all VIN movement for Port ProcessingPulling and comparing records from Company software and third party software using Microsoft Excel, and WordVELES, SAP, ACES, PDA etcSorting data into necessary reports as requestedVerifying the validity of data and updating as neededSending and receiving data as requestedCommunicating VIN activity clearly and concisely via verbal communication and email transmissionAnswering phones, replying to email in a timely fashionEngage in face-to-face meetings with customers for the provision of one-to-one serviceAssist Carriers locate unitsWork Order CompletionPrintReprintMonroney PrintReprintSortProactively investigating issues and responding accordinglyDay-to-day operation of all programs and equipment, including scanners.
