The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of proposals, permits, construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and reports. Projects will span various sectors, including:Commercial and residential developments or additionsSolar and other energy marketsEducational and religious institutionsAssessments of existing commercial sitesSite and roadway infrastructure improvementsAdditional civil-related projectsKey responsibilities also include coordinating and conducting site inspections and observations as required.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited programMinimum of 5 years of experience in civil site design or municipal projectsProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain P.E.Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStationExperience with HydroCAD, StormCAD, andor Pondpack, along with preparing hydraulic reportsSuccessful permitting experience with agencies such as MWRD, IDNR, USACE, IEPA, IDOT, and other municipal or state entitiesFamiliarity with IAC, ADA, and related building design requirementsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Self-motivated with strong attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsMeet Your RecruiterSabrina HerreraSabrina Herrera is a seasoned Technical Recruiter with a knack for establishing genuine connections with candidates and continuously expanding her expertise in various roles and industries.
