Known for its commitment to excellence, the firm fosters a collaborative yet fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are highly valued.Job DescriptionOversee and manage the full legal billing process, including preparing, reviewing, and finalizing invoices.Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, legal regulations, and firm policies.Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to resolve billing discrepancies and clarify invoice details.Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.Generate and analyze billing reports to support financial planning and decision-making.Maintain accurate billing records and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.Utilize legal billing software to manage e-billing submissions and tracking.
