Site QAQC Manager - ARB, Inc.We are looking for an experienced Site Quality Manager for upcoming projects across the Los Angeles, CA basin. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting quality and understanding a project at all levels, also to ensure the project's compliance with all quality specifications.Requirements10+ years of QAQC management related to construction, power plant construction, concretecivil, petro-chemical, mechanical & power industry, with a minimum certification AWS CWI, ACI trainingcertification.Implementing project specific quality control program structured for compliance with all applicable codes and the project specifications.Understand all related codes, minimum; ASME, AWS, API, AWWA, NFPA & ACIExcellent written and oral communication skills.Manage field support inspectors.Manage all special inspection city, county & government requirements.Set-up complete project QC tracking system for all activities, weld tracking log, NDE tracking log, rejection rate, civil tracking systemManaging all Non-Conformance reports and work with the owner for resolution.Have certification or experience for reviewinginterpretation of all RT film, related to the code of construction.Manage and qualify all welders as well as maintain continuity updates.Manage all weld rod control & storage per QC program.Manage all welding procedures as they are approved by the project owner.Manage all Sub-Contractors and their approved quality programs.Manage all material, and equipment for storagepreservation requirements.Setup all pressure test packages by system.Prepare a complete project turnover package for each discipline.Fully understand safety as it relates to construction activities.Work EnvironmentTravel to industrial construction sites andor fabrication shopUneven ground level, obstructed pathways etc.Work performed at low andor high elevations andor in confined areasPredominately outdoor climate hence could be exposed to extreme hot or cold weather, excessive humidity, rain, etc.Various noise levels caused by tools, machinery, equipment, etc.Potential exposure to chemical substancesCompensationBenefitsHourly Pay would be in the range of $65-68 USD per hour commensurate with education, skills and experiencePaid Company HolidaysPaid PTOMedical, Dental, Vision, FSAHSA, Short TermLong Term Disability, 401K with matching contributionCompany OverviewPrimoris was formed in 2004 as the parent company and is traded on the NYSE under the symbol PRIM.
