Dare Commercial Services is looking for an individual to maintain the appearance of local shopping centers and parking lots by performing debris removal and general cleaning. This job requires manual labor which includes, replacing trash bags, picking up debris and keeping property clean. Requirements:Foot patrolling of all grass areas for trash and debris of shopping centersEmptying trash cans and replacing trash bagsUse of hand held blowersCleaning debris from around dumpster areas, loading docks and corralsCleaning debris along fence lines and walkwaysMust have valid driver's license AND reliable transportation to get to work. Must be physically able to perform the duties of this job.Must be able to walk, bend, and lift objects at any given time as well as drive for extended periods of time.Salary: $15.00hr, We are a drug-free workplace and pay to drug test all final applicants prior to hiring.
