ESRT seeks an equally passionate colleague to join the team, understand the vision and help achieve that vision.POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a forward-thinking Graduate AI Engineering Summer Intern to join our dynamic team at ESRT, collaborating with diverse departments-such as marketing, public relations, digital, accounting, information technology, and more-to develop and implement AI solutions aligned with our strategic objectives. You will work closely with the Application Development Team on AI technologies encompassing Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, Virtual Assistance, Computer Vision, and Advanced Analytics using Machine Learning. By contributing to all stages of the AI development lifecycle, you will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization's growth and success in a rapidly evolving field.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with the development team to design and implement Agentic AI Virtual Assistant functionalities for our leasing projectsAssist in the integration of Microsoft Copilot into existing systems to enhance user interaction and experienceConduct research on AI technologies and recommend best practices for Agentic AI developmentTest and debug Agentic AI functionalities to ensure optimal performance and user satisfactionGather and analyze user feedback to improve Agentic AI responses and capabilitiesDocument technical specifications and processes for the development of Agentic AI featuresWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEAs a Graduate AI Engineering Intern, success means actively contributing to the creation of accurate, reliable, Agentic AI functionalities that meet specific business objectives. By developing these Agentic AI functionalities, you will enhance decision-making processes and optimize workflows across various departments.
