Liability Claim Advocate

This is a highly visible role working with clients, insurance carriers, and our American Global team. We are looking to add a passionate, talented individual who will help our claims department deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.What you will gain from this role:Collaborative team environment and excellent work cultureUpward mobility with endless learning potentialCompetitive pay and benefits packageFlexible environment to promote worklife balanceKey responsibilities:Support claims team with day-to-day monitoring of claims activities of carriers and third-party administrators and reporting new claims when applicableFacilitate claim reviews with clients andor insurance carriers when neededAnalyze claim information for trends to assist clients in implementing risk management processesAnalyze new and existing losses, with focus on client claim advocacy, including investigation, reserving & litigation management.Provide and support training to client insurance and field staff on claims process, investigations, labor law issues, and litigation matters including current case law relative to their claimsQualifications:7-15 years' experience direct handling of general liability claims at an insurance carrier, TPA or brokerageBachelor's Degree preferred or related work experienceProficient understanding of risk transfer methodsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
