As an Automotive Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in elevating our service standards and ensuring operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the service department operations.Actively Hire, Train and Develop the teamEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain optimal CSI Scores.Monitor and improve key metrics such as ELR, Technician Efficiency, ASR %, MPI%, Loaner vehicle average days and efficiency.Minimizeeliminate Technician Guarantee,Consistently ensure that processes are followed for warranty Compliance, and Scorecards.Exceed manufacturer targets where reasonable while maintaining a positive relationship with their representativesEnsure timely vehicle release and manage Open ROs DAILYManage monthly marketing strategy by updating specials, targeting specific recall campaigns, ensuring that website is accurateManage the appointment schedule and 3rd party BDC where applicableQualificationsRequired experience in automotive franchise service management.
