We believe we can accomplish more when we #Face Forward Together!Job Summary:Senior Copy Writer, bareMineralsPrimary Duties & Responsibilities: Create impactful and insightful messaging direction to evolve the creativity, innovation, and effectiveness of marketing materialsSupport Executive Director, Content and Copy to consistently apply brand voice across all branded assets to create a cohesive messaging ecosystem across all channels and marketsWrite accurate, compelling copy in the unique voice of bareMinerals.U.S. E-commerce: e-mail, homepage, product descriptions, : tailor e-commerce copy to retailer specific needsSocial: organic and paidManage ongoing brand copy needs and drop-in requests, working closely with the Creative Project Management team to ensure timely delivery on fast-paced projectsSupport the development of content strategy for all bareMinerals launches, alongside Executive Director, Content and CopyAdapt content to support 360 customer journeys throughout the bareMinerals digital ecosystemCollaborate with Creative and cross-functional departments to ensure consistency across all bareMinerals brand experiencesApply the bareMinerals voice guidelines across all workflowsDevelop social-first copy for bareMinerals owned social channels, including Instagram and TikTokAdjust copy for customer segments as needed in emails, social media captions, and website copyKey StakeholdersPRIMARYCreative: Content and Copy, Project Management, bareMinerals digital designSECONDARYConsumer Engagement: Social, PRDigital: Site, CRM, Paid MediaTERTIARYVisual MerchandisingPackagingQualificationsMinimum of 2-5 years of copywriting experience, ideally within the beauty, fashion, and CPG industriesDegree in English, communications, marketing or equivalentExceptional attention to detail and deadlines, including excellent proofreading skillsSolution-oriented attitude; must be comfortable taking responsibility for timely edits and approvalsTeam player who is highly organized, self-directed and can learnmanage multiple processes and feedback from multiple stakeholdersAbility to quickly change gears and tasks to stay organized and meet deadlinesProficient in Word and ExcelStrong understanding of social and digital platforms and their use within creative and marketing.Strong understanding of marketing strategy and the creative development process behind building custom content campaigns.Ability to identify audience and platform insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated copy writing, strategy and managerial experienceWhat Orveon offers you:You are a creator of Orveon's success and your own. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.The pay range for this position is $98,000.00 to $163,000.00.
