Successful Budget Project Analysts thrive in a non-traditional role in a fast-paced client services environment. They have top notch attention to detail - their combined sense of urgency and outstanding strong problem-solving and follow-through skills make them credible partners to internal and external clients.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring clear progression of related financial tasks across the businessServing as a liaison between the client's budget management group and the client team(s) to help coordinate projects across the business Supporting strong client relationships by developing outputs for reporting deliverables and troubleshooting as needed to meet client expectations and those of the Budget Project Management leadershipAttending periodic internal client-related or departmental meetings. Responsible for Outlook calendar management.Acting as the primary support role for all items related to client billing and internal email communications and requestsProviding core support for ensuring timely receipt of client paymentTracking and maintaining clear records of billing activityGenerating core billing files and upload to the client financial systemsDeveloping and maintaining regular cashflow reports to summarize the state of the account - Developing and maintaining agency and client forecasting filesAssisting in deliverables related to audit complianceEnforcing operations policies and best practices across the businessMonitoring client teams' billing practices to ensure they are in accordance with client obligations Qualifications 1+ years' relevant work experienceAdvanced excel skills, with experience in pivots, macros, vLOOKUP, etc. Strong problem solving & quantitative skillsResourceful with a curiousinvestigative natureHighly adaptable with proficiency using and learning different technologiesPrior media and client management experience (preferred)Proficiency utilizing Donovan Data System, Brand FX System, Prisma (preferred)This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualificationsskills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STDLTD insurance pensation Range$60,000-$70,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
