This person will have a genuine interest in geriatric care and be able to motivate while maintaining relationships with staff and residents. Masks are (Optional)Career advancement opportunities- we're on a mission to train and promote within!403b - 50% match up to 4%!What You Will Do:Responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, and documentation.Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on their assigned shifts.Coordinates daily administrative duties, including schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care.Oversees resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.Monitors medical charts and provides compassionate care and assistance to patients and families.Acts as a liaison to doctors, families, and administrators regarding changes in resident conditions.Oversees the accuracy and completion of clinical documentation per FV policy and StateFederal regulations.Gives and receives shift reports.Job Requirements:Active applicable state license.CPR Certification.1 year of experience in Assisted LivingGeriatricrehabilitation experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing.Thorough knowledge of best nursing practices, and state and federal regulations.
