Our practice leverages clinical experience and a diverse knowledge base to provide quality care and reliable service. This individual will utilize their expertise in Psychotherapy modalities (i.e. CBT, MI, DBT, etc.) to provide access to reliable, quality care in the communities we serve. This is a Hybrid position - Remote Monday-Wendesday and on-site Thursdays and Fridays in the office. Our charming office is near Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal in New York City, NY. Job Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilitiesProvide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis that exemplifies Rivia Mind's culture, values, and guiding principlesConduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plansProvide appropriate Psychotherapy practices that leverage various modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.)Provide clinical support & counseling to diverse patient populations in a telehealth environmentService and maintain a weekly average standard of 31 patientsCoach patients on how to manage ongoing health conditions and provide therapy to help patients make positive behavior changesCounsel and provide crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problemsComply with clinical standards and adhere to timely and thorough session note documentationParticipation in Rivia Mind supervision groups, trainings, and attendance of department and organization meetingsWeekly Group Supervision - case discussion, knowledge sharing, guidance, etc. Frequent 1:1 SupervisorSupervisee meetingsWeekly Clinical-Wide Meeting - case presentations, guest speakers, training, etc. Promote a friendly work culture that encourages a fun, collaborative, and co-learning environment that benefits individuals well-being, self-improvement and potentialPerform other related role and team function duties as assigned by department and group leadersQualificationsRequired Education Level: Master'sEducation Details: Master in Counseling or related accredited program. Our focus is to develop a supportive schedule that meets both the needs of our patients and the providers' preferences. EXAMPLE: Full-Time Position (Assuming 40 hours a week): Cumulative 40 hours a week - within our hours of operation of M-F: 8am to 8pm, and Saturday 9am to 5 pmInclude at least 4 or more hours within your schedule to be after 5pm on a Weekday, or to have hours on the weekend. On-call is also not required, but checking and responding to emails on a daily basis isIf Hybrid, one day per week on-site is required and it would be the same day of the week each week (I.e. Every Monday)Having a consistent weekly schedule is necessary, but start and end times per day can be different each day of the week as a set recurring schedule. For example, your schedule could be Monday: 9am to 5pm, Tuesday: 11am to 7pm, Wednesday: 8am to 6pm, Thursday: 10am to 6pm, Friday: 8am to 2pm.
