Quantifi is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring predictable and scalable revenue growth. This role is perfect for a data-driven problem solver with a passion for optimizing revenue operations, improving efficiency, and leveraging insights to refine our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.Reporting to the Head of Growth & GTM, you'll play a pivotal role in evolving our GTM motion in 2025, leading initiatives around personalization, account-based marketing (ABM), attribution modeling, and sales funnel optimization. You'll own and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), ensuring they are set up for success and driving meaningful business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement revenue growth strategies in collaboration with leadership.Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success to improve pipeline efficiency and revenue predictability.Lead ABM, personalization, and attribution initiatives to refine our GTM strategy.Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Optimize HubSpot workflows and automation to enhance engagement and conversion rates.Manage and scale the use of sales enablement tools to drive operational efficiency.Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.Develop dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.Conduct sales funnel analysis and implement improvements to accelerate pipeline velocity.Continuously refine sales, marketing, and customer success processes to enhance overall efficiency.Ensure data integrity across platforms, enabling accurate and real-time reporting.Lead cross-functional projects to improve sales operations and drive best practices.Act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.Develop training programs to enhance team proficiency in CRM, reporting, and GTM tools.Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to optimize onboarding, enablement, and process improvements.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM strategy.Expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics tools.Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.Proven track record in project management and driving revenue-impacting initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with ABM, attribution modeling, and sales enablement tools is a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, retention strategies, and revenue forecasting.An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field (not required-we care more about experience and results).About QuantifiQuantifi is a results-driven, collaborative, and customer-centric organization that strives for excellence in everything we do.
