This role will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive their products on time while optimizing inventory levels across our growing operations. Your expertise will play a significant role in driving the accuracy of our forecasting process, ultimately leading to improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.What You'll Do:Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for over 15,000 SKUs using data analysis, statistical methods, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This includes but is not limited to managing the demand for our constantly expanding portfolio, geographical locations, and wholesale presence.Facilitate monthly consensus meetings with leadership to help inform supply planning purchases.Collaborate with supply planning, marketing, and customer service to mitigate risk and support growing customer demand.Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements within the demand planning. Implement new tools and dashboards to track key performance indicators and enhance efficiency.Track and analyze key metrics related to excess inventory, backorders, and click-to-ship targets. Develop strategies to improve these metrics and continuously exceed company goals.Oversee the final stages of a Demand Planning software implementation while becoming a system plete ad hoc analyses and forecasting as needed.Who You Are:You are highly skilled at working with large datasets, identifying trends, and using data to inform decision-making.You enjoy working cross-functionally and have excellent communication skills that allow you to effectively collaborate with various teams.You are always looking for ways to improve existing processes and tools, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.You can operate independently with minimal supervision, and you are capable of thinking both strategically and tactically to solve problems and drive results.You bring a positive, humble attitude to your work, and you are committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.Need to Have:5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, operations, or a related field within direct-to-consumer e-commerce and wholesale.Experience with demand planning tool, such as BlueYonder, Kinaxis or John Galt.Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, organization, and modeling.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex datasets and ensure accuracy.High levels of curiosity and initiative, with a desire to understand how things work and improve processes.Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.Nice to Have:Experience with D2C brands or in a fast-paced startup environment.Familiarity with BIvisualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.Some Benefits and Perks of Working At Pair:Health, vision and dental insuranceGenerous vacation policiesCompetitive salaries with equity opportunitiesRetirement savings plan optionsFree eyewear (plus discounts for family and friends)At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $110k - $115k and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
