Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cincinnati apartment portfolio. This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can manage a property while ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance.Prepare and manage budgets, track income and expenses, and ensure profitability across all properties.Oversee leasing activities to ensure high occupancy rates, including implementing marketing strategies.Supervise and mentor onsite staff, including maintenance and assistant property managers.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Collaborate with corporate leadership to align property performance with company goals.QualificationsExperience: Preferred 3 years in property management or a related field.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Certifications: CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification preferred.Software: Proficiency in property management software (Rent Manager) preferred.
