Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1. Understand and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams2. Inspects electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers3. Uses testing devices to identify and repot electrical problems4. Create a record of materials used5. Use electrical knowledge to asses proper size wire needed in the installation of wiring and conduit systems6. Installs and programs electrical equipment7. Applies ability to interpret PLC ladder logic programs8. Responsible for all electrical PMs throughout the facility9. Repairs minor problems of buildings and foundations to include the roof, ceilings, walls, floors, basements and all mechanical contents of the building.10. Communicates any health andor safety concernsviolations immediately to management.11. Uses knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical processes to troubleshoot machinery in a safe and skilled manner12. Applies general knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, welding, painting and masonry work as needed.13. Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.14. Applies knowledge of operations to prioritize duties as required15. Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.16. Responsible for following food quality and safety guidelines17.
