What the Server Assistant does!As a server assistant, you'll support the Bistro 107 team with excellent hospitality service to each of our guests. Working at our historic site, the day-to-day may include:Supporting servers with setting up tables, delivering and describing food items, and bussingStocking service station areasPreparing and stocking wine glasses, water glasses, and other prepared items for serviceAssisting with wine bottles purchases and ordersMaintaining cleanliness and sanitization of work area and workstations RequirementsAs a Server Assistant, you will bring:Hospitality or food service experience preferredProactive and positive team player that follows policies and proceduresSomeone who is comfortable wearing different hatsProfessional appearanceWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWeekend and holiday availability required (Friday-Sunday)Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, lift, grab and bend throughout the duration of each shift. Frequent use of stairs and ramp and occasional kneeling, pushing, and pullingAbility to work outdoors in all-weather conditions for the duration of the shift Salary Description $16.50-17hour + tips
