Job Title: Bilingual Territory Sales Representative - NJJob DescriptionGreat opportunity to work with a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Company's delivery partner program. You will work alongside a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify the business, guide the business through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate and execute recruitment events. This role requires travel (up to two hours driving distance) and has the opportunity to earn commission (up to $350 per partner converted).ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective businesses door to door in targeted Northern New Jersey towns (up to 2 hours driving distance)Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to applyQualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application processLead activity and manage pipeline in SalesforceSupport Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community (e.g., lunch and learns, townhall meetings)Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associationsImport excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basisEssential Skills1+ years in sales andor customer service experienceOutsideField Sales experienceBilingual - Spanish is requiredSalesforce or other CRM experience is requiredPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
