You'll lead a team, manage production schedules, and ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met. You'll foster teamwork, promote excellence, and be a role model for outstanding customer service.What You'll Do:Supervise and lead deli staff to ensure efficient, high-quality operationsPrepare, serve, and oversee fresh, high-quality food items in line with our standardsManage inventory, ordering, and production schedules to optimize operations and minimize wasteEnsure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practicesTrain, coach, and develop deli staff to enhance skills and performanceFoster teamwork and promote a positive, inclusive work environmentHandle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfactionWhat We're Looking For:Leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality requiredStrong understanding of natural and local foodsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to food safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement RequirementsMandatory Qualifications:Previous supervisory experience (1-3+ years)Previous professional cooking experience (1 to 3+ years)Previous customer service experience; high ethical standards with personal integrityDetail oriented and able to multi-task and remain flexible to the changing needs of the business.English proficiency. Strong organizational and communication skills (spoken, listening, & written)Ability to meet deadlines, coordinate projects and work varied hours and days.Ability to influence others, drive innovation and change while confronting and resolving conflict positively.Demonstrated objectivity, neutrality, and calmness under pressure and timely follow-through to commitments.Proficiency in MS OfficeRegular, predictable attendanceHigh level of understanding of: HACCP, MN Department of health regulations and Department of Agriculture sanitation regulations.
