About the job CDL A Regional Driver - No touch - $1500- $2000wk We are seeking experienced Class A drivers for an OTR reefer position. Drivers run 13-15 days and enjoy a full three days home. Freight is 100% no-touch reefer, with some occasional dry van loads. 65% drop and pensation & Benefits:Pay Structure:$0.57 CPM for the first 2,000 miles each week$1.00 per mile after 2,000 milesWeekly Average: $1,500 - $1,900Top Drivers Can Earn: Up to $2,140 per week$2,000 Sign-On Bonus:$750 on the first paycheck$750 on the second paycheck$500 after six monthsCompany-Paid Health Insurance (for you & family) after 90 daysRider Policy: Immediate family (10+ years old) allowed after 90 daysEquipment:Late-model Anthem & Mack Pinnacle trucks (2-5 years old)No driver-facing camerasHome Time & Operating Area:Home 3 full days after 13-15 days OTRRuns primarily in the Midwest, Southeast, and Mid-AtlanticSome Northeast (no further than Pittsburgh) & occasional West CoastHiring East of I-35 and North of I-70 (Not hiring in WI or MI)Driver Requirements:Minimum Age: 23 years oldExperience: At least 6 months of verifiable OTR or Regional experience in the last year (Dry Van or Reefer)Driving Record:Max 2 moving violations in the last 3 years (no major violations)Max 2 DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years (if no injuries, jackknifes, rear-end, or rollovers)Max 2 incidents in the last 3 yearsNo speeding 20+ mph over the limit if you have any other violations in the past 3 yearsAdditional Details:Orientation: 2.5 days, $300 paidTrucks do not have camerasDrug Testing: Urine & Hair Follicle test requiredSAP Program: Drivers with past failedrefused DOT drug tests are NOT eligibleIf you meet the requirements and are looking for a high-paying reefer position with great home time and benefits, apply today!
