Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Job Type: Direct Hire Location: Roseville, MN (onsite) Pay: 25-30 Per Hour ( The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors ) Benefits: HealthDentalVision401K and moreOverview: Seeking an Automotive Technical Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide prompt, courteous, and expert support to customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product information, order details, pricing, technical applications, and more. Your work will involve coordinating with various departments, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external customers, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, mail, and EDI regarding orders, product availability, pricing, lead times, returns, and more.Provide technical and application support across our product line, effectively communicating technical information to customers.Resolve shipment issues, liaise with carriers to address delayed or lost shipments, and initiate claims when necessary.Prioritize emergency orders and ensure they receive the appropriate attention for prompt delivery.Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.Assist customers with literature requests, tracking information, invoice discrepancies, and freight costs.Identify potential new customers and refer leads to the sales team for follow-up.Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction on all transactions. Qualifications: High school diploma required.Prior experience in technical customer service within the automotive industry is essential.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and maintain customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit .
