Its mission is to streamline multi-channel access, enriched by clinical input from supported service lines.Clinical Quality Project Manager - Consumer Experience & Access As a Clinical Quality Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of centralized nurse triage by: Leading quality assurance initiatives to enhance clinical documentation and compliance. Analyzing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency. Implementing innovative solutions based on data analytics and best practices. Collaborating with nursing leaders and clinical teams to drive positive patient outcomes. Developing standardized processes to enhance patient access and experience.Are you a passionate nurse leader with a drive for quality improvement, data analysis, and process optimization? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you.This is a full time, days position located at our corporate office in Midtown Manhattan.Preferred CriteriaDoctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD in NursingTelehealth experienceTriage experienceExperience with CRM technologyExtensive experience with data analysis and reporting workbench in EpicRequired CriteriaMaster's degree in a related fieldBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Active NYS RN license (or eligibility to obtain)Current national certification in relevant field (or ability to obtain within the first year of service)Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)2+ years of experience in a quality or supervisory roleEpic experienceStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
