Janitor/Porter

ResponsibilitiesTo learn more about your Janitor position click here: a Porter at Related Management Company (RMC), your work is essential to a clean, safe, and beautiful property. You'll perform upkeep and janitorial duties so that your property is always in great condition, demonstrating pride in your building and grounds. In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to learn new skills, working closely with the maintenance team on small repairs and preventative activities. You'll have the opportunity to learn, practice, and apply new skills for the next steps in your career in partnership with your property's leaders too.Responsibilities include:Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, elevators, common areas, and restrooms (mop, sweep, stripwaxbuff floors, dust, vacuum and garbage removal)Light maintenance may be assigned Provide excellent customer service to residentsGeneral upkeep of the buildings and groundsSnow removal and landscaping Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper conditionSpecial projects as assignedCompensation:$24.45 HourSchedule:Off Friday & SaturdaySunday & Monday 7am- 3:30pm.Tuesday - Thursday 3:30pm -11:30pm.
