Job DescriptionDAI BPA Program Manager - Secret - Washington, D.C. (Remote)BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a highly skilled and experienced DAI BPA Program Manager in Washington, D.C. (Remote). The person in this position will provide overall leadership and guidance personnel assigned to orders on the BPA, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance.The DAI PM will play a crucial role in organizing, directing, and supervising business operations, processes, and technical considerations for the Government. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting and managing large, complex program management, specifically within the DoD and utilizing DAI and Oracle Federal Financials.Responsibilities:Accountable for maintaining high standards of quality and operational efficiency throughout the BPAAddress both technical and business process considerationsAllocate resources within the organization and make decisions to address Government inquiries, concerns, and feedbackProactively identify and communicate potential contractual, programmatic, or resource-related challenges to the GovernmentSchedule personnel rotations to maintain appropriate staffing levels.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team members.Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Requirements:US Citizen, Secret Clearance.Possess a PMP certification.Possess a Certified Defense Financial Management (CDFM) certification.Minimum of five (5) years program management experience supporting and managing large, complex DoD ERPaccounting systems utilizing DAI and Oracle Federal Financials.Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Benefits:Family Health Care (54% cost covered for the entire family)Family Dental (54% cost covered for the entire family)Family Vision (54% cost covered for the entire family)Flexible Spending AccountOverutilization bonuses for Time and Materials (T&M) contractsLifetime Event Bonuses (e.g., child, marriage)Profit-sharing arrangement for any work brought into the companyUnlimited Leave with Approval401k 100% employer match on first 4% invested$1,000 training budgetJob Type:•Full-time, Permanent Position•W2 preferred but 1099 consideredWork Authorization Clearance: US Citizen; Active Secret Clearance Work Location: Washington, D.C.
