OverviewEbenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $40 - $49.50 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.The Martin Luther Care Center RN Charge nurse leads, supervises and directs andor delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position must demonstrate sound management skills through problem solving and decision making. They are responsible to supervise in compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Bloomington, MN (Martin Luther Care Center).
