This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer andor client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsAdditional Responsibilities:Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammatesPosition RequirementsValid driver's licenseHigh school diplomaGED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 1 year of management andor supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of industry experienceIICRC certification a preferredXactimate Experience is a PLUSSkillsPhysical DemandsCompetenciesAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively pushpullliftcarry objectsAbility to work witharound cleaning agentsEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and pensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Picture yourself here fulfilling your potentialAt SERVPRO®, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
