This role will support the Ticket Sales and Service Department in driving retention rates and new sales opportunities by consistently delivering a high level of service and support to licensees. As a part of the Premium Experience and Ticket Service Team, this individual will assist in ideation through execution of benefits, value-added programs and events.Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting in the creation of unique experiences that will enhance season ticket holder, group and suite licensee engagementAssist with day-to-day support of licensees, including but not limited to benefit fulfillment, game day requests and ticketing questionsHelp manage premium benefits, New York Yankees Legacy Club and Legacy Club Rewards programsPlan and coordinate all experiential client and prospective client events (i.e., Legacy Club Open House, batting practice, player meet and greets, prospecting events, etc.)Implement data collection and activation campaigns related to benefit platforms, ticket usage, touchpoints, benefit redemption rates, and event ROIFind and summarize data trends to improve benefit utilization, event attendance, renewal rates and new business salesAssist in the creation, management and analysis of data from CRM and client surveys to improve service initiatives, retention rates, and client satisfaction. Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree requiredStrong customer service and interpersonal skills2-4 years of service experience in sports, hospitality andor entertainment industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well within a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Proven time management, organizational, and prioritization skillsExperience using Archtics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferredAbility to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed The salary range for this position is $57,000-$67,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.This description is intended to describe the type of work being performed by a person assigned to this position.
