We are poised to leverage our strong leadership, innovative technology, and strategic partnerships to become the go-to destination for on-premise entertainment and marketing.Position Overview: The Vice President of Indirect Distribution will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our indirect sales channels. This role involves managing and growing relationships with channel partners including resellers, distributors, systems integrators, VAR's, MSP's, and other third-party entities that sell the company's products and services. The VP will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the company's market reach, and ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of indirect sales programs. This role will oversee all sales distribution efforts driven by partners. The VP will be responsible for developing the Sales Plan & Revenue targets and ensuring those targets are delivered within the annual sales plan. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and implement the indirect sales strategy to drive revenue growth through all sales distribution partners. Identify market opportunities for indirect sales, ensuring alignment with company objectives and evolving market needs. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate indirect sales initiatives within the overall sales strategy. Indirect Distribution Management Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to diversify and strengthen the indirect sales network. Oversee all aspects of indirect sales distribution, including partnerships with SPD, Charter, Frontier, and new agent agreements. Lead initiatives to secure new partnerships and agent agreements to expand the company's indirect sales footprint. Coordinate with all distribution partners to ensure alignment with company goals, streamline processes, and maximize sales potential. Manage and support all sales efforts driven by third-party agents, resellers, and distributors to optimize performance and ensure consistent results. Partnership Development and Management Build relationships with key partners to establish a robust indirect sales channel. Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and SLAs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes with new and existing partners. Develop programs and incentives to drive partner engagement and maximize revenue generation across indirect channels. Sales Enablement and Training Lead the development of sales enablement resources and training programs tailored for indirect sales partners. Provide partners with the tools, resources, and insights needed to represent and sell our products effectively. Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, product knowledge, and sales support. Contract Negotiation and Deal Structuring Lead negotiations with key channel partners regarding commercial terms, pricing, and deal structures. Ensure all partner contracts and agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements. Revenue Management and Forecasting Set revenue targets and monitor partner performance to achieve sales and revenue goals through indirect distribution. Analyze market trends, sales metrics, and partner feedback to refine the indirect sales strategy. Provide regular performance updates to executive leadership on the indirect sales channel and distribution performance. Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing indirect sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance management. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth within the indirect sales team. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 10 years in indirect or channel sales leadership. Proven track record of building and managing successful indirect sales programs and partner relationships, particularly in complex distribution channels. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience managing indirect sales partnerships and complex contracts Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, forecast sales, and drive growth. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration. Strong experience with partner recruitment, negotiation, onboarding, and performance management. Leadership: Ability to inspire, lead, and manage a high-performing team as well as the ability to work well cross-functionally. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and use insights to drive sales performance and decision-making Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies Technology Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc..), sales enablement tools, and other relevant technology platforms. Travel: Willingness to travel as required for partner visits, meetings, and industry events. Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $150,000 - $180,000 + Commission compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
